Case Study - Danville Eye Center, Danville, VA

An ophthalmology practice housed in a former schoolhouse, Dannville Eye, has been a symbol of quality eyecare in the Danville community for over twenty years. Naturally, when they decided to open a dispensary they insisted that the design reflect that same commitment to quality and service. Renovating an unused portion of the old schoolhouse, one of our concerns was to serve not only their present patient base, but an increasing number of patients in the future.

One of the unique features of the building is the large windows at the far end. We not only kept those, but we added two more along the side wall. The result is a dispensary where the open floor space and natural lighting makes the area very attractive and accessible to patients.
